Vibrant Recipes from London's Ottolenghi

Ottolenghi is my hands-down favorite place to stop in London for breakfast, lunch or anytime. I purchased the hardcover book there last December, but you can now get it on Amazon.com:

This is my new favorite recipe book. There are a lot of raw vegan dishes in this and many cooked veggie dishes that are wonderful too.

Ottolenghi has freshly prepared salads galore, baked goods and treats in a pristine white setting which artfully displays the yummiest vegetarian food I've ever laid my eyes and taste-buds upon!
