Day 5 - Semi-Raw in Singapore: Dinner at Clarke Quay
Day 5 was a great day for staying clean and raw - having consumed fruit and veg up until 7:30 pm.
We met our friend Elaine at Clarke Quay for dinner and stopped at The Clinic for a pre-dinner cocktail: a non-raw gin and tonic.
We chose a Vietnamese/Indo-Chine restaurant called Forbidden.
Our starters were nearly raw: Green papaya salad and grapefruit with prawn salad. The entrees we shared (not pictured) were green curry duck, steamed black cod and sea bass with mango salad.
