Sacred Medicine Roots is proud to be hosting the return of Don Mariano Quispe to Nantucket for Workshops with the Peruvian Q’ero elder in July 2010. Certain to be a life-changing experience, this is a rare opportunity to study first-hand with a traditionally trained teacher and healer who has served his Andean community in Q’eros, Peru since he was a teen. In recent years, having received the signs from the mountain deities to share the messages of healing with the world, don Mariano has embarked on pilgrimages to offer the teachings of his lineage for Pachamama and all her children. Known for his exquisite teaching style and profound visionary abilities, don Mariano offers students a heart-centered view of the ceremonies and traditions of his people.
At a time when we are experiencing extraordinary planetary shifts, these workshops offer an opportunity to expand on personal growth and include community and the collective to engage in the world of sacred “ayni” (reciprocity and balance). Space will be strictly limited for these workshops, so please register early.

This will be the first time this teaching will be offered in the U.S., providing participants with a profound connection to the powerful feminine planetary energies known in Q’uechua as the “Nusta” This will be a timely and extraordinary teaching valuable to both men and women, newcomers and experienced apprentices alike. It will involve the transmission of 7 sacred rites of passage.
Additional Offerings will include a limited number of personal healing sessions($150-200), divinations ( $50-75) and Karpay transmissions ($250-300), A Despacho ceremony and a public lecture on the 2012 Prophecies. On July 13, don Mariano will travel to Mt. Washington for a ceremony.

About this class:
First you will learn to how to make an 3 course raw-food meal (and your dinner).

Why Breakfast and lunch?
Between the time you wake up until the time you have dinner, you will usually have eaten about 75% of your food intake with your breakfast, lunch and snacks. The lunches you will learn are 5 minutes soups (which travel well) and wraps (the raw foods world's version of a sandwich).
