Inspiration to try a raw food diet


I decided to try a raw food living diet about 6 months ago (March 5, 2009 to be exact!).  I was doing Dr. Hulda Clark's Liver Cleanse* designed to remove "stones" from the gallbladder and liver. In addition to some fresh juiced apple juice she recommends eating "light" meals like vegetables. So I decided to drink greeen smoothies for convenience. It was only a 4 day cleanse, but I felt so GREAT on the green smoothie diet that I decided to keep going. I had never even heard of a raw food diet at this point. I just knew I loved how I felt.

I just saw this video thanks to FAKE POSTEROUS, and wanted to share it too, because I really hope I'm still as vibrant as this woman when I'm her age, as I fully intend to stay on the raw food diet for the rest of my life. The women in the video, Mimi Kirk , is 71 and you won't believe how young she looks!  Mimi gives a great testimonial for going on a raw food living diet, and I concur with her; that eating a raw food diet has changed my body, my skin, an even my brain/mood for the better.  Watch the video and maybe you will be inspired too!
